Parish Registration
You may register at the parish office during business hours. Office Hours are Monday-Thursday, from 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. & Friday from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. The office staff is ready to welcome you to our parish community and assist you with anything you may need!
It is important to be registered with the parish for baptisms, weddings, and other church services such as Godparent sponsor certificates or letters of good standing. In addition, it allows you to get credit for all your offerings and special collections.
You may also register by completing the form below and emailing, scanning, or returning it to the parish office.
