• NEW DEADLINE: You MUST sign up on this website by 11:59 PM on Monday, September 12th. to have a guarenteed spot with our group and Camp Damascus.

• By signing up on this site, you are committing to register your campers when the official Camp Damascus registration website goes live on October 2nd. Sacred Heart Church will be signing a contract with Camp Damascus for the number of campers who pre-register.
• If you pre-register with us and your plans change, you will need to find a replacement of the same gender and age group or you will be financially responsible to Sacred Heart Church for the $575 cost per each camper. 

• This past summer (2022) there were over 2,000 kids on the waiting list for Camp Damascus! Spots are in high demand. If you wait until general registration opens on October 2nd, it is likely too late to secure a spot. 
• Camp Damascus is extending us this exclusive opportunity to fill the week of July 30-August 4 to make sure we get in next summer despite the overwhelming demand! 
• Stay tuned for Camp Damascus opening another Camp location on the east coast opening as early as summer 2024

 We are excited to be able to offer bus transportation for the summer of 2023. The $50 payment collected during your pre-registration will go toward the bus cost and we are hopeful that we can fundraise for the rest of the cost. 

• On October 2nd you will need to register with Camp Damascus CYSC and pay for the camp on their website. They do have limited financial assistance.
• Sacred Heart Church may have limited funds to asisst campers who are parishioners, after they have received assistance from Camp Damascus.
• For those planning to take one of our buses we require a $50 payment when you pre-register that will go toward the cost of the bus. 
• For those who will use their own means of transportation, we require a $5 payment to secure your spot in our pre-registration group.
• There is no cost to be added to the waitlist.
